Bio
Jean Gabriel Frías Luciano is a Dominican mechatronics engineer and entrepreneur. He runs Cosmos Media Group and Cosmos Sistemas, telecommunications and electronic security companies founded in 1982, hosts the Cosmos Tech podcast and is part of the first Forbes 30 Under 30 list of the Dominican Republic (2026). He gives free talks on cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and 3D printing to young people across the country.
