Identity, name and image
Jean Frías's name, image, voice, signature, photographs and videos, as well as the names and logos of Cosmos Tech and the other projects shown on this site, are protected by law. Without his prior written permission, they may not be used to:
- pass oneself off as Jean Frías or his projects, or create profiles, accounts, pages, groups or phone numbers that appear to be his;
- offer products, services, talks, courses, investments or giveaways in his name, or ask for money, personal data, passwords or verification codes;
- create, alter or spread images, audio or videos, including those generated with artificial intelligence, that attribute to him words, opinions or acts that are not his;
- use his name or image in third-party advertising, campaigns or promotions.
Impersonation by electronic means is a crime under Article 17 of Dominican Law No. 53-07 on High-Technology Crimes and Offenses. Unauthorized use of his image and content may also violate the rights to honor, good name and one's own image recognized by Article 44 of the Constitution, Law No. 65-00 on Copyright and the Criminal Code of the Dominican Republic.
Registered trademark
COSMOS TECH is a combined (word and logo) trademark registered in the name of Jean Frías with the National Industrial Property Office (ONAPI) of the Dominican Republic, registration No. 325932, in international classes 41 and 42, valid until September 25, 2035. Under Law No. 20-00 on Industrial Property, no one may use it without its owner's permission, or use names, logos or accounts that could be confused with it to offer content or services.
Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, design and code of this site belong to Jean Frías or to their respective owners and are protected by Law No. 65-00 on Copyright and the applicable international treaties. Sharing the links and quoting short excerpts with credit to the source is allowed. Any other reproduction, distribution, transformation, public communication or commercial use, in whole or in part, requires prior written permission.
The names, trademarks and logos of third-party universities, media, companies and institutions belong to their owners and are shown for reference only.
Talks, events and collaborations
Organizers of talks, events and collaborations may use Jean Frías's name, photograph and bio only to promote the agreed activity, with material he approves. They may not present him as a sponsor, spokesperson or endorser of products, brands or causes without a written agreement.
Recording, streaming or publishing his talks, in whole or in part, requires his prior permission. Photographs taken during the event may be shared on the organizer's channels with credit to him, as long as they are not altered or used for advertising.
Press and media
Media outlets may use the photographs and bio in the press kit in news coverage about Jean Frías, Cosmos Tech or his projects, crediting the source and without altering them. For other uses or photographs, write to jeangfrias@gmail.com.
Action against misuse
Jean Frías reserves the right to take, without prior notice, all civil and criminal action that may apply against anyone who misuses his identity, image, trademark or content, and to ask digital platforms to remove fraudulent profiles, posts or ads.
The services that host and protect this site process and may keep technical connection data, such as the IP address, date and time, for its security. In case of misuse, those records may be made available to the Public Prosecutor's Office and the competent authorities, following the procedures set by law, to identify those responsible.

If a profile, number, group or ad claims to be Jean Frías and is not on this list, it is not his: do not reply or send money, and report it with the contact form ("Report a fake profile or impersonation" option) or to jeangfrias@gmail.com. In the Dominican Republic you can also report it to the High-Technology Crimes Investigation Department (DICAT) of the National Police or to the nearest prosecutor's office.
